At Skycraft Hobbies, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to return a product. That's why we offer a comprehensive return policy to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.

 

Return Conditions:

  1. Timeframe: You have up to 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange. 
  2. Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in resale condition, just like new. This means the product should be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
  4. Lipo Batteries: DO NOT have in store warranty. Any issue with Lipo Batteries after date of purchase you must contact manufacture directly. We will provide you with any contact information you require.
  5. Electronics: All electronics are FINAL SALE.  NO refunds or exchanges.
  6. Pokemon: All Pokemon products are FINAL SALE.

       

      Special Orders:

      1. All special orders will require full payment prior to ordering. Deposit are NON REFUNDABLE. 
      2. Special orders are FINAL SALE. NO refunds, returns, or exchanges. 

       

      Return Process:

      1. Contact Us: If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team either by phone or email to inform us of the reason for the return and to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
      2. Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely protected to prevent damage during transit.
      3. Include Documentation: Please include a copy of your original proof of purchase inside the package, along with the RA number provided by our customer service team.
      4. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for valuable items.

         

        Refund Process:

        1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy.
        2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.
        3. Notification: You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

           

          Exclusions:

          1. Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
          2. Special Orders: Items that are specially ordered or customized may be subject to different return policies, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

            We are not responsible for any Manufacture Defect or Warranty however, we strive to make sure that all our customers are happy and returning customers.
