SPEKTRUM SLT3 TRANSMITTER
Together, the Spektrum SLT3 transmitter, SR515 Receiver, and Firma 40A Brushed Waterproof ESC offer precise control on the trail. The radio system's third channel operates the DIG feature.
HIGH-TORQUE S683 STEERING SERVO
The installed S683 steering servo delivers the muscle needed to turn large crawler tires through rocks, ruts, and tight technical lines without hesitation. Built with a durable steel output gear and a standard 25T output spline, it provides the strength and compatibility serious drivers expect when upgrading horns or dialing in steering setups. The servo is also capable of handling 7.4V HV input, giving the system stronger steering response and added torque so you can confidently push your rig harder when the trail gets rough.
DIG FUNCTION
With its LCXU DIG transmission and SX108PM DIG Servo, the SCX10 III Jeep Cherokee XJ can lock the rear wheels for sharper turns and enhanced control when navigating tight terrain. The DIG feature is operated through the transmitter's third channel.
INSTALLED POWER SYSTEM
A factory-installed brushed power system pairs the Axial Slick Rock 35-turn 540-size motor with a Spektrum™ Firma™ 40A waterproof brushed ESC for dependable trail performance.
AR45 STANDARD AXLES
The SCX10 III Jeep Cherokee XJ includes Standard AR45 straight axles that mirror what's found under most full-size off-road vehicles. The LCXU DIG transmission design also makes it easy to switch from standard axles to portals if desired.
OPTIMIZED SUSPENSION
The suspension features updated 6mm stainless steel links and all-metal pivot balls for off-road durability. The tunable oil-filled shocks have aluminum threaded bodies and a single coilover spring.
ADJUSTABLE METAL PANHARD MOUNT
The adjustable metal panhard mount resists cracking or bending under stress, especially when paired with heavy-duty tires or strong servos. The mount can be positioned forward or backward to accommodate either a portal or straight axle setup.
LCXU METAL GEAR TRANSMISION
Built around two 48-pitch metal gears and a 48-pitch metal compound gear paired with a 56-tooth composite spur gear, the LCXU Metal Gear Transmission delivers the durability and mesh quality serious rock crawlers demand. Portal axle users can further tailor drivetrain performance by swapping out the compound and idler gears for a configuration that suits their setup.
SCX10 III STEEL C-CHANNEL CHASSIS
The one-piece steel C-channel chassis is easy to work on, reduces frame flexing, and increases the precision of suspension movement.
POWERFUL LED LIGHTS
The powerful integrated LED lighting system recreates the authentic lighting layout of a classic trail-built Cherokee with bright white headlights, signature yellow running lights, and detailed rear taillights.
